Typically large properties like these have more unique features and require specialized lighting and equipment to capture them in the best possible way. Additionally, because the pricing for these larger properties can vary greatly, we do not include them on our standard pricing menu. Instead, we provide customized quotes on a case-by-case basis and require a separate inquiry for properties larger than 3500 sq. ft. to ensure that our clients receive the best value for their money.
