Welcome to Property Shutter, a professional real estate photography business. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality photography services to showcase your property and attract more potential buyers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Deposit Policy: A 25% deposit is required to secure our photography services and is due upon signing the contract. The deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must take place 48 hours before the day of the service to receive a refund of the deposit. Any cancellations taking place 24 hours before the service, the deposit is not refundable but can be transferred to a future service. Any cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the service, the deposit is not refundable.
- Payment Policy: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photography services and before delivery of the final photographs.
- Ownership and Copyright Policy: All photographs taken by Property Shutter shall be the exclusive property of Property Shutter. The Client shall have the right to use the photographs for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Property and may use the photographs in any manner they choose. Property Shutter shall retain the copyright in the photographs and shall have the right to use the photographs for any lawful purpose.
- Liability Policy: Property Shutter shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property while on the Property. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the photography services.
- Refund Policy: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our services - if you're not happy with the results, we offer a full refund or a retake at no additional cost. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the final photographs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final photographs. We will schedule a retake of the property at no additional cost or provide a full refund. We value our customers' feedback and ask that you provide honest feedback about your experience with our services. This feedback will help us continually improve and provide the best experience for all of our valued customers.
